But be aware there are very limited number of tables and service is minimal. Definitely a casual dining experience.

Ah-mazing pizza and pastries. I especially love the chocolate croissants and the brownies. The outdoor seating is lovely. And it's fun to shop the connected Wrinkled Egg before or after you dine. Love meeting up with friends for a shared pizza or just coffee and dessert. Quarters are a little tight on busy days, but the wait is never too long.

Great atmosphere and delicious baked goods and pizzas. The bagels are amazing (although they have a different texture than any others I've tried). The scones (sweet and savory) are always a great breakfast treat, and are moist, rather than dry and crumbly, which I love. Really, you can't go wrong with any of the breakfast pastries. The tartlets, the croissants, the danishes....they are all great! And lunch is no different. The wood fired pizzas are excellent, as are the sandwiches. The fresh baked bread makes them oh so delicious! Love this place!

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 5 adults and a baby. It was crowded, but there were still empty tables inside and outside. The weather was temperate enough to eat outdoors so we sat there, and their porch area is pretty nice. We didn't have to wait long for the food, and everyone in our group seemed happy with their orders. I really enjoyed the tempeh sandwich and highly recommend it — lots of flavor. The Mediterranean salad is also very good. I appreciated that they use organic ingredients in their fresh breads. The staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms were also very clean and I was so grateful that they had a nice diaper changing station. Will definitely be back to visit soon to try more from their lunch menu and bakery.

I spent time in my youth in Flat Rock so this was a nostalgic return. The Wrinkled Egg is housed in a storefront that once accommodated a country store owned by lovely Mr Pease. So glad to know it is now home to such a fun shop as the "Egg." Next door "Dogwood" just opened its doors two weeks ago. It's also a fun place. Both places great gift spots in charming Flat Rock.

Stopped in here after reading about them in Our State. Pizzas are fantastic - some of the best we've had in the U.S.!
