Amazing food friendly service
Stopped for a quick lunch on my way home from visiting Carl Sandburg's Homesite... Looked like a family owned place... Nice seating on the inside and screened porch for summer and fall.. Menu includes great sandwiches, soups and salads. I had the BLT on sourdough bread... It very good.. I could really taste the bacon... Everything seemed to be fresh and made to order... Service was extremely fast and very friendly... The bar only serves beer and wine.. They had 7 craft beers on draft plus the normal bottled beer.. Great place and worthy of future visits. It's not a sports bar but they do have a couple of TV's on the wall

Love this place! Good craft beer selection and the pub food is really fresh and delicious. I had the roast beef and blue cheese wrap, with red onion and romaine. Big chunks of blue cheese here, not just a tiny sprinkling. The fries are great too!
