I have used Dale twice now and the work performed has been honest and excellent and the customer service is way above excellent! This is the best car repair business I have ever seen. I am glad now that Firestone pissed me off.
I started bringing my vehicle here after I fired Firestone in Lenexa. The first time I brought my car in I couldn't get there to pick it up before they closed. Dale left the key in an agreed upon hidden spot and I was able to come by after hours and pick up my vehicle. Dale told me to simply come by the next day and pay. This is small town customer service like I have never seen before!
They are honest they are correct about parts they give you the best deal that they can for cash offer which is usually a discounted price they've always done right by me and my family and I trust them to fix our vehicles and keep my family safe
Incredible work in a timely manner. Ronnie was so pleasant to work with. The place is clean to have a car worked on and very organized. Never have been to such an efficient auto repair with amazing people.
Very bad service and very dishonest they are unable to do any type of motor work. I Set an appt. paid $65 to have my truck towed there only to have them call TWO days later and say " we dont do motor work someone should have told you that when you made the appt". Then stated the man I had tow the truck there was a " damn idiot" because he put it somewhere they did not like. I Had to pay another $65 to have my vehicle taken to Rogers garage on Chimney Rock Rd.( which easily completed work) . Dales did not even apolagize even though they set appt. knowing they did not have the skill set to do the work. . Lived here my whole life and will never recommend or use Dales again, very unethical. Most reviews here are from friends and are not real please dont be fooled.
I have taken my vehicles to this place now multiple times and each and every single time they have diagnosed the problems correctly and within reasonably priced. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else at all. They stay in contact and go above and beyond.
