Under staffed is an understatement. The hall that I had a patient on was rude as ever and she never gave any attention to this patient. Ambivalence towards Alzheimer's patients. is prevalent here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had put a family member there, & wish I hadn't. The care was not good, Hendersonville Health & Rehab does not have enough CNAs to help the patients there. And they do not have RNs at all, just LPNs. Which were not friendly. The food was not eatable. People visit all times of night, some even came to see their family @ 5:00 am & woke up their roommates. No rest for them or consideration for the other patients trying to get well. Do not take anyone there if possible. The rating for these places are 1 - 5 This one was a 2.8. Not good 5 being the best.

They insisted that I pay for a month in advance and then settled for 10 days when my husband was only staying for a week. That was March. They said I would get my refund in May, but it is August and still no refund. I have called repeatedly. They always have an excuse, or are going to contact someone else.
