The service was horrible ran outta of coffee 3times n had to wait 20mins for eggs ( scrambled) an they wasn't even busy be sides me n my guest there was only 3 other people their... Never goin back their again
My fiance and I came in to eat lunch this afternoon. We picked the "cleanest" table available. One of the waitresses yelled at another to get our order. We were asked if we were ready to order without us even getting a menu. She turned around and threw a menu on our table. She then put silverware on our table but it looked unclean, as well as our menu and table. It was very poor customer service and we got up and walked out. We couldn't even stomach the thought of eating there. We will not be going back.
I know it is Christmas day , but there was one girl named cici she does not need to be working there, she was mad when she came on to the floor, arguing with other staff members, and used foul language in front of the customers. I would deffanitly fire this girl if I was the boss, my server Donna did a good job just walking away from the situation...
This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I'm an honest person when it comes to these reviews, and I have to say that my experience here was flat out the worst I've ever had. Dirty silverware, nasty cups which were half filled with water instead of all the way filled like normal. I ordered a hot tea which is a hot cup of water and a tea bag, I also asked for honey; when my cup with water arrived, it looked more like watered down coffee. I couldn't even drink my tea. It was horrible. The waitress was nice enough to take it off our ticket. So my advice to whomsoever is reading this: if you're looking for a good place to grab a bite to eat, there's a Zaxby's located next door I'm sure would do just fine. And if they're closed, the gas station across the street would be twice as appetizing, and most likely more sanitary.
Service was slow, If you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend it, but the food was great and our server was very pleasant.
